Inmould Foils are a revolutionary concept for enhancing the beauty your injection moulded products.  You can decorate your injection moulded products by applying a multi-colour foil on plastic items like, Thermoware products, Casseroles, Tiffin, Water Jugs, Trays, Glasses, Coasters, Mugs, Lunch Boxes, Compass Boxes, Buckets, Water Bags, Tumblers, Ice Pails etc., and many other household products, advertising and gift articles which can be injection moulded. To use Inmould Foils, you will require a small machine called Inmould Foil Charger (or charging machine)

Application

INMOULD CHARGER finds application in injection  
moulded plastic articles in which multi-coloured foils are embedded during the  
process to beautify the product.  Multi-coloured foils printed on transparent hyplon  
films are used for this application. The magic inmould charger is used to impart  
static charge to such picture foils, by virtue of which the picture foils, when placed  
at a particular place on the mould, adheres to its surface and is not displaced  
even by the flow of molten plastic material. The picture is thus embedded on the article  
at a desired position.  

Salient Features  
Flexibility of operation :   Operating voltage of equipment can be adjusted by  
                                  push button control to achieve desired charging  
                                  level on the picture.  
   
Immunity to weather   :   Hermetically sealed and potted components are not  
                                   effected by humid weather.  

Protection                  :   The equipment is protected against the electrode  
                                    short circuit by suitable protecting circuit.  

Safety                       :    High grade insulating materials are used to  
                                     provide safety to operators.
